1. Why should I love THC International?
Our customers give love to us because they feel loved by us. We go to great lengths to deliver high-quality garments made with love and designed with you in mind. Each piece of clothing we ship out undergoes a multi-point inspection to ensure that you’re getting the best of THC Intl. Need more reason to love THC Intl.? Consider the fact that we don’t sell design concepts. We put a lot of thought and energy into our designs and because we believe in our message. We manufacture our garments before selling them to you. When you browse the THC Intl. shop, you’re not viewing templates, but real images of real people who love our brand. When you order from us, you know exactly what you’re buying.
 
2. Does my purchase come with a guarantee?
We value customer satisfaction because we value our customers. We guarantee you’ll be happy with every purchase and will fully refund any purchase made within 14 days.
 
3. What if I decide I’m not in love with my THC Intl. purchase?
We want you to love our shirts. In the highly unlikely event you do not, you may return items with your receipt within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. We cannot, however, refund shipping costs. For exchanges, items must be in perfect, unused condition. Because we pride ourselves on the quality of our garments, we reserve the right not to accept a return. Special orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. What will I be paying for shipping?
Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight and priority by your selected carrier.
 
6. How will my order be shipped?
Depending on your preference, USPS, FedEx and UPS options are all available to you during checkout online.
 
7. When should I expect to receive my order?
Once we have received your purchase, please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive.
 
8. Can I rush my order?
We know you’re looking forward to receiving your garment(s). If you require a delivery method beyond what is offered online, please contact us directly at goodvibes@thcinternational.com and we can arrange an expeditious shipment.
 
9. How can I track my order once it has shipped?
Tracking is only available for the following mail classes: Express Mail® Global Express Guaranteed® Express Mail International® Priority Mail International®** Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has shipped.
 
10. How do I change the address once the package is already in transit?
If you need to change the address of a package already in transit, you will need to contact the mail carrier you selected for shipment for further assistance.
 
11. How do I know what size I should purchase?
Currently, our customers find that going with their best instinct has been a success. However, we will have a size chart available soon for those of you who need reassurance.
 
12. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment including Credit/Debit Cards through PayPal.
 
13. How secure is your payment system?
THC Intl. does not store any of our customers’ credit card or personal information on our server. We accept all of our payments through PayPal, which has their own security in place, and we find comfort in vouching for their effectiveness.
 
14. What happens if the item(s) I order are out-of-stock?
Because we are not a run-of-the-mill print-on-demand brand, if we find that the item you’ve ordered is out-of-stock, we will exchange it for another of equal value or we will offer you a full refund.
 
15. How do I find out-of-print THC Intl. tees?
Our vintage tees can be found on our website. These special pieces are first made available to our loyal customers and newsletter subscribers.
 
16. Is it possible to cancel an order?
We hope that you don’t have doubts about supporting our brand, but if they arise, you have many opportunities prior to check-out to be sure you love your purchase.
